Shipping & Returns


Terms of domestic delivery service:

  • Deliveries are by HFD courier.

  • Delivery processing and preparation can take up to 3 business days after customer purchase.

  • Once the product has shipped it will arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

  • Delay in delivery may occur to the following areas: the Golan Heights, the northern border, the Arab sector, the Jordan Valley, settlements beyond the Green Line (territories), Gaza, Eilat, the Dead Sea and the Arava.

  • There is no distribution to settlements and villages beyond the Green Line that poses a security risk.

  • During the holiday period, as well as during the month of November and the beginning of December (Internet sales month), distribution delays may occur.

  • The company's business hours are Sundays-Thursdays: 8:00 - 18:00, Friday:  8: 00 - 12: 00. Not including holidays.


Terms of delivery service worldwide:

  • Deliveries are by Israel post ECO POST.

  • Delivery processing and preparation can take up to 3 business days after customer purchase.

  • Once the product has shipped you will receive a tracing number.

  • There is no distribution to areas where Eco post doesn't deliver.

  • During the holiday period, as well as during the month of November and the beginning of December (Internet sales month), distribution delays may occur.

  • The company's business hours are Sundays-Thursdays: 8:00 - 18:00, Friday:  8: 00 - 12: 00. Not including holidays.


Returns & Exchange:
In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no worries!

  • An item purchased on the site can be replaced with another item or refunded within 14 business days of receiving the item according to the Israeli law.

  • Replacements or returns will be possible on the following conditions: Valid purchase receipt emailed with purchase, provided item was not used at all, item is in good condition and has the original label.

  • Replacement by courier (Domestic only): At a cost of 50 shekels - a courier will arrive with a new package and collect the old one.  The new package will arrive within 7 business days.

  • Return by courier (Domestic only): Cost 50 shekels - a courier will collect the package and return it to us.

  • Return by mail: send as registered mail, attach a tracking number to the return request email. As soon as the package inspected and found eligible for return the buyer will be credited. The item arrival and condition is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

  • For returns and exchanges please contact by email malisha.collections@gmail.com within 14 business days of receiving the product. we will credit you with the amount paid on the item once the item was validated by our customer support.

  • Please be aware that any import/export duties and taxes related to the return or replacement of items will be liable by the purchaser. These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are imposed by the customs authority.
